RETURNS

If you purchased our products by mistake or simply changed your mind, you may return unused and sealed items within 7 days of your order being delivered.

Simply email our Customer Service team at support@neuracell.com and you will be provided with detailed instructions on how to return the items.

Considering we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, you must cover the costs for the tracked return postage and we will issue a refund (excluding any shipping costs) as soon as we receive the returned items. 

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We are confident in the quality and efficacy of our products, but in case you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of your order being delivered.

This guarantee only applies to your first order of any product and up to a maximum of one unit of each individual product. This guarantee will not apply to returning customers.

To request a refund, please email our Customer Service team at support@neuracell.com and you will be provided with detailed instructions on how to return the items. 

You will be required to provide details such as your full name, address and order number. All used and unused products must be returned together.

We will not issue refunds for items that are not returned or lost in transit. Therefore, you must use tracked postage and cover the costs for the tracked return postage .

Failure to comply with the above conditions will disqualify you from the 30-day money-back guarantee.

All refunds will be credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds are at the discretion of Neuracell and it may take approximately 5-7 business days for the refund to show on your statement.
